Billing and plans

A short, honest note about plans.
- Plans are set per church. Each church has its own plan for each module (Kids, Signage and Slides), with a limit on how many TVs it can pair.
- You can see yours under Settings, Your plan: whether each module is enabled, its status, the plan name and the TV limit. The Screens page also shows how many TVs you have of the number allowed.
- Modules and limits are managed by the Church TV OS team for now. If you need a module switched on or a higher TV limit, email support@churchtvos.com.
- Free plans exist. Some churches run on free internal plans.
- Billing is coming. Self-serve sign-up and paying online are planned, with pricing per module and per TV. They are not available in the dashboard yet, so nothing is charged through it today. This page will be updated when that changes.
When paid plans arrive, a module whose payment is overdue will keep working for a grace period before it switches off. You will see its status under Settings, Your plan.
The app itself is free to install and has no ads.
