Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Church TV OS (the dashboard at app.churchtvos.com and the TV app). By using the service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for that organization.
The service
Church TV OS lets organizations manage content and schedules for TVs. We may add, change or remove features. We aim for the service to be reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it should not be relied on for safety-critical purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your password secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Organization owners and admins decide who in their organization has access.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload or enter. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including videos, images, music and song lyrics. For example, you must hold the necessary licences (such as church copyright licences) for songs and media you display.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute harmful or malicious content, attempt to access other organizations' data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
Plans and payment
Some modules and TV counts require a paid plan. Prices, billing terms and trial periods will be shown before you subscribe. Organizations on a free or internal plan may have that plan changed or ended with notice.
Availability and changes to the app
Content is cached on TVs so they can keep working briefly without internet, but new content and changes need a connection.
Disclaimer and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend the service or an account as described above. On request we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
