Delete some of your organization's data

Organization owners and admins can remove media, playlists, schedules, people and TVs at any time in the dashboard at app.churchtvos.com. Removing a TV in Screens unpairs it, and the TV app then forgets its saved content.

Delete your account

Email support@churchtvos.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and delete your account and personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep something by law.

If you are the only owner of an organization, tell us whether to delete the whole organization (its content, schedules, people and TVs) or to transfer ownership first.

Delete a TV's data

Clearing the app's data on the TV (Fire TV Settings, Applications, Church TV OS, Clear data) removes everything the app stored on the device. Removing the TV in the dashboard removes its record from our servers.
